1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Ruslan Almakaev, a self-employed individual in the Russian Federation. Contact for any personal data questions: hello@almakaev.dev.

2. What data and why

Through the form on the Contact page you provide your name, a way to reach you (Telegram, phone or email) and a description of your task. The only purpose is to reply to your request and discuss working together.

To protect the form from spam, the sender's IP address is used temporarily — as an irreversible hash, for no longer than one hour.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form (Article 6(1)(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

4. How the data is processed and stored

Your request is forwarded to the controller via Telegram and email and kept in that correspondence. The data is never sold, published or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party fonts.

5. Retention

For as long as the discussion or cooperation continues, and no longer than one year after the last message, unless the law requires otherwise (for example, for contract records).

6. Your rights

You can find out what data the controller holds about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or request deletion — write to hello@almakaev.dev. You will receive a reply within 10 business days.
